TIME 2136 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is an advanced thickness measurement instrument designed to accurately measure metal wall thickness without removing paint, epoxy, or protective coatings. Using echo-echo (E-E) technology with a dual-element transducer, the instrument automatically excludes coating thickness and displays the true substrate thickness, significantly reducing inspection time and preparation work.

The gauge supports multiple transducers for different materials and thickness ranges, including optional probes for cast iron and coarse-grained materials. Additional features include 0.001 mm high-resolution measurement, 500-reading memory, differential measurement mode, audible alarm limits, and RS232 connectivity for data transfer and reporting.
