TIME 7230 Vibration Analyzer is a professional vibration analysis instrument designed for advanced machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. Unlike basic vibration meters that only display measurement values, the TIME 7230 provides real-time FFT spectrum analysis, enabling maintenance engineers to identify specific fault frequencies associated with imbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, looseness, resonance, and gear-related problems.

The instrument measures:

  • Acceleration
  • Velocity
  • Displacement

and includes both high-sensitivity and low-sensitivity probes for a wide range of machinery applications.

Its large memory capacity stores up to 10,000 measurement records and 100 vibration spectra, allowing long-term monitoring and trend analysis. Configurable alarm thresholds automatically trigger spectrum analysis when abnormal vibration levels are detected, helping maintenance teams identify developing faults before costly failures occur.
