TIME 1160 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is a professional-grade ultrasonic testing instrument engineered for demanding Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) applications. Equipped with a powerful adjustable square-wave pulser up to 600 V, 120 dB gain range, and high-speed digital signal processing, it provides exceptional sensitivity and resolution for detecting cracks, inclusions, porosity, laminations, and weld discontinuities.
The large 7.0-inch colour TFT display (800 × 480) offers clear waveform visualization, while advanced inspection tools including DAC, AVG, TCG, AWS D1.1 evaluation, A-scan, and time/encoder-based B-scan imaging enable comprehensive defect assessment and reporting. Two independent gates with ingress/egress alarms support accurate flaw sizing and evaluation in accordance with industry inspection standards.
