TIME 1350 Phased Array Flaw Detector is a professional-grade Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) system designed for advanced non-destructive testing applications requiring high-resolution defect detection, imaging, and sizing. Combining 16 transmit channels and 64 phased array elements with conventional ultrasonic testing and TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction) capability, it provides a complete inspection solution for critical industrial assets.
The instrument features an 8.4-inch colour touchscreen display (800 × 600) with intuitive touch, rotary encoder, and button controls for efficient field operation. High-speed phased array processing supports electronic beam steering, focusing, sectorial scanning, linear scanning, and encoded inspections for comprehensive weld and material evaluation.
With Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI output, multiple USB interfaces, dual-axis encoder support, and IP65-rated protection, the TIME 1350 is well suited for demanding field inspections in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, aerospace, pressure vessels, pipelines, and structural fabrication.
